Mental health occupational therapy plays a vital role in recovery from mental illness. It recognises that we all need to feel valued and a part of society and that meaningful occupation (paid or unpaid) is at the heart of our wellbeing.
I work closely with clients to identify areas of self-care, leisure and work that are meaningful and using a number of techniques, enable them to move towards the life that they choose to live.
I am also able to take on a coaching role, offering personal development skills, signposting and support with engaging with groups and other organisations.
Session cost; £50 for a 50 minute session
Free 30 min. consultation available
I am based in Norwich, Norfolk. Home visits and Skype also available.
